Allan Amores, an experienced architectural designer focused on practical planning-aware residential design and a client-first

Meet

Allan Amores is an architecture graduate designer and licensed architect in the Philippines, with over 18 years of experience in residential design, drafting, and planning-focused projects. His work is shaped by a strong interest in how people experience space, and by a belief that successful design begins with a deep understanding of the end user rather than purely visual outcomes.

Allan’s professional background includes experience with internationally recognised architectural practices in Australia and the United States, including work with firms based in Palo Alto, California, where he was exposed to high-level residential and mixed-use projects. His career has involved participation in projects across more than 25 countries, ranging from luxury private residences to resort and hospitality developments, giving him a broad and practical perspective on design across different cultural, regulatory, and construction environments.

This global exposure has informed Allan’s approach to architecture and planning — one that balances creativity with practicality, planning compliance, and commercial viability. He places strong emphasis on layouts that function well, respond intelligently to site constraints, and translate smoothly from concept to approval and construction.

At the core of Allan’s philosophy is the principle that clients come before projects. He focuses on listening carefully, refining ideas through iterative design, and delivering clear, buildable solutions that support confident decision-making. This approach allows him to work effectively with homeowners, builders, and small developers alike, helping them navigate approvals while achieving designs that perform well both spatially and commercially.

Through his continued commitment to thoughtful design and planning awareness, Allan Amores brings clarity, experience, and confidence to every project he is involved in.
