Allan Amores is a residential design and planning professional with over 18 years of experience delivering custom homes, duplexes, renovations, and planning-led residential projects.
He is an architecture graduate designer and a licensed architect in the Philippines, with extensive experience working alongside design and documentation teams on projects across Australia, the United States, and internationally. His project exposure includes developments associated with more than 25 countries, including work connected to projects based in Palo Alto, California.
Allan’s approach is grounded in practical, buildable design that responds to the way people genuinely live and interact with spaces. He focuses on balancing creativity, planning requirements, construction efficiency, and real-world outcomes to help clients move from concept to approval with clarity and confidence.
Known for a highly collaborative and client-focused process, Allan works closely with homeowners, builders, and developers to refine ideas through clear communication, iterative design, and practical problem-solving.
