Inspired by the timeless estates of The Hamptons, Long Island, this homes in the Tweed Shire brings a refined, coastal blue aesthetic to the Northern Rivers. Clad in a striking Atlantic Blue, these homes serve as a bold yet elegant interpretation of traditional Hamptons architecture, meticulously adapted for premium Australian living.

The Design Vision
The challenge was to capture the "shingle-style" essence of New York’s elite coastal enclave while ensuring the structures thrived in the subtropical NSW climate. By utilizing a deep, sea-inspired palette and crisp white millwork, we created a visual landmark that feels both nostalgic and modern.

Signature Atlantic Blue: A bespoke exterior color palette that mirrors the deep hues of the Atlantic Ocean, contrasted by stark white gables and window trimmings.

Architectural Symmetry: A dual-dwelling layout that maintains individual privacy while presenting a cohesive, grand street presence.

Classic Coastal Detailing: Features traditional weatherboard cladding, oversized verandahs, and decorative "Amores" signature raking to maximize curb appeal.

Indoor-Outdoor Synergy: Large-scale French doors and louvred windows designed to invite the Tweed Coast breezes into light-filled, open-plan interiors.
